Denim jackets. Once a classic ’90s staple (mine was bedazzled) is now on the way back into fashion. I am on the hunt for the perfect fit/wash, but haven’t been able to find one that suits me just yet! Nevertheless, this hasn’t kept me from imagining ways to Dress it Up or Dress it Down. To Dress it Down I placedsome classic pieces like a pair of wayfarers and a large black satchel with trendier items! I am a huge fan of Dannijo jewelry, and thought that the unexpected pop of color in these earrings were amazing. A simple T-shirt and pair of cutoffs were the basis for the Dress it Down outfit, but my favorite touch are the worn in oxfords.

To Dress it UpI decided to glam it up with a sick pair of Nicholas Kirkwood booties. A sweet ballerina-esque skirt tones down the structured jacket, and a crop top with zipper details gives off a risque vibe ideal for a night out and about. I am absolutely and positively in love with the Burberry studded clutch! If you look close enough the clasp is actually an elephant…such an unexpected, quirky touch that I couldn’t resist! The finishing touch to this Dress it Up look is a dainty pair of black and gold earrings that will play off the colors in the clutch and booties! What do you think of these looks?
